The staff were excellent, always helpful and cute. Our room faced the atrium, causing some noise at times.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and central heating.

Nicely decorated and incredibly beautiful venue, favourable location short walk to the main square of arms and the historic center and the Plaza de Armas of Cusco. Plenty of good food. Very amiable staff, neat and large rooms with terrace, a balcony plus an extra large double bed...

I spent 3 nights at Munay Wasi Inn and found it to be an affordable yet comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the main square, while the hotel offers a peaceful ambiance away from the city's noise. The breakfast was good, with fresh options. The staff were impressively helpful and courteous.

Room ventilation could be improved.

Excellent staff provided a warm atmosphere throughout my stay. Manager José were really good when an excursion issue arose, assuring me he would handle it, which he did promptly. The receptionist, Roxana, was amazing at recommending local spots and always wore a smile. Breakfast options included fresh eggs and a variety of pastries, served by a smiling team member. The location stood out, just a five-minute walk from the main square, perfect for sightseeing. The hotel had beautiful architecture, resembling a Moroccan Riad, with rooms surrounding a lovely courtyard. The bathrooms were small, and the showers had inconsistent temperature control, a bit bothersome. The rooms faced the atrium, so opening the curtains felt less private. Still, the positives far outweighed the negatives was good.

The inward-facing rooms can let in some noise, especially during early morning departures for tours. Some bathrooms are on the smaller side and can have issues with inconsistent shower temperatures. The room's curtains are limited in privacy.

The staff were super friendly and really helped us out, especially when we had questions about the tours. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was a delight, especially the fresh fruit! Just a heads up, though, some noise from the courtyard was a bit distracting at times.

Staying here with my wife and kids was a treat! The restaurant had a really nice vibe, and the meals were always fresh and tasty. We also loved the central courtyard, giving us a peaceful break after exploring the busy streets of Cusco.

In my wife's opinion, the showers could use some upgrades.

The Standard Queen Room was pretty decent! It felt cozy and had a nice layout, but it could have used better soundproofing since it faced the atrium was great. The shower worked fine, but I remember it taking a while to get the temperature just right. Still, the bed was comfy, perfect after a long day exploring!
